Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time 

All orders are processed within 3 - 5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you.

Shipping and handling rates & delivery estimates 

Shipping and handling charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on weight of items. All shipments are sent via Registered Post with signature on arrival. All packages come with insurance for peace of mind.

We do not send to P.O. boxes. 

 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking 

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been shipped containing your tracking number(s).  

 

Damages 

Bullion Coins will make every effort to keep the items safe and well packaged. If however, any item is damaged or lost during shipping, please contact us and we can follow up with Australia Post and if applicable, any insurance options.  Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods. 

 

International Shipping  

We currently do not ship internationally.
